There are a few versions of this tab on the internet already but I've
yet to see one that is complete, which is why I decided to do my own.
If you're used to seeing tabs online you should be familiar with most
of the notation I've used:
-9h10-hammer on, from 9 to 10
-17--decending slide, off end of neck
There are some bends in there which I've notated a little differently,
they look like:

1/2 note bend release
It's the best way I could come up with to illustrate a held bend; you
start the bend where the first ^ appears at the bottom, pluck it 5
times whilst holding the bend and release back to the normal position
where the next ^ appears.
Took me about 10 afternoons and 2 weekends to get this
all done so I hope you like it.
